Liberation, Transformation & Remembrance
What is Ki?
Ki, also known as Qi, Chi, or Gi, is the Life Force energy, and wellness practices seek to restore its balanced flow, thereby supporting the body’s natural capacity for self-healing.
Some key forms of energy wellness include:
Reiki – A Japanese practice where practitioners channel energy through their hands, usually placed lightly on the body.
Emotion Code – A healing method that identifies and releases trapped emotions from the body’s energy field.
Sound Healing – Using vibration and frequencies (like singing bowls, gongs, chimes or tuning forks) to harmonize energy fields.
Pranic Healing – Uses breath and visualization techniques to cleanse and energize the body.
Tai chi - Aims to unblock and encourage the proper energy flow of qi to maintain health and vitality.
People believe that energy healing helps them to restore balance, reduce stress, and support natural healing
— bringing greater freedom, clarity, and well-being.
Ki is also a Japanese term for Life Force or Inner Energy and its the ancient Sumerian term for Goddess of the Earth.
In short
Ki = the living energy that flows through you, connects you, and animates your consciousness.
It’s your life-current.
