Where mind, body & spirit heal
What is the Emotion Code?
An Emotion Code session is an energy healing practice developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. The idea is that unresolved emotions from past experiences can become “trapped” in the body, creating energetic blockages that may contribute to stress, discomfort, or even physical symptoms.
The central premise is that intense, unprocessed negative emotions from past experiences can become trapped as distinct energetic imbalances within the body.
Releasing a Heart-Wall
The "Heart-Wall" in The Emotion Code is a protective barrier of trapped emotional energies your subconscious builds around your heart after trauma, shielding it from pain but also blocking love and connection. Using muscle testing, Emotion Code practitioners identify and release these emotions layer by layer, leading to greater emotional freedom, stronger relationships, and reduced physical tightness in the chest, neck, and shoulders
Many Emotion Code practitioners report having positive outcomes with:
Easing Physical Discomfort
You may get relief from distress and suffering, and alleviate their potential causes
Love & Relationships
You could remove barriers to love and increase your ability to connect
Creating More Success
You can experience more abundance and open the door to prosperity
Healing Generations
It’s possible to heal your own energy, as well that of past and future generations
Helping Animals
Help pets and other animals feel and function better
Emotion Code Sessions
An Emotion Code session where a practitioner uses muscle testing (a form of applied kinesiology) to connect with the subconscious mind and identify "trapped emotions"—negative emotional energies from past events—that may be causing physical or emotional imbalances. Once identified, these trapped emotions are released using therapeutic magnets along the Governing Meridian (an ancient Chinese medicine pathway) to restore balance and promote well-being. Sessions can be conducted in-person or remotely, are generally non-invasive, and are often used to address issues like chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and relationship problems. In-person or virtual sessions via Zoom.
